Established in 2018, Hidden Gem Spa was born out of a desire to redefine the spa experience in Concord, MA. Starting in a humble one room studio with a focus solely in skincare, Hidden Gem Spa evolved into an inviting haven, now boasting a full team of experts. In 2022, we moved to our current location in West Concord and expanded our team to provide you with more high quality services and care. Our commitment remains steadfast: to make self-care accessible and affordable year-round, rather than an occasional indulgence.

Owner - Master Esthetician - Makeup Artist
I thrive on helping people look and feel their best every day. With over 15 years of experience in med-spas, wax centers, and organic spas, I am so grateful for the opportunity to create my own space within the Concord community. I've always had a passion for beauty and self-care, and am happy to share my expertise alongside a team of experts that I've personally trained. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm so thankful for the amazing people I have met along the way.
Lana Bruster
Master Hair Stylist - Esthetician
Lana Bruster is a board-certified hair stylist and licensed esthetician with 25 years of experience. With a repertoire that includes waxing, spray tans, skincare, and hair coloring/styling, Lana is adept at crafting head-to-toe makeovers, leaving her clients radiating confidence. She finds inspiration from attending hair shows and loves to do color transformations. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Lana moved to the US from Brazil when she was 17 years old. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her daughter and go to the beach.
Illiana Grossman
Esthetician
From an early age, Illiana has been passionate about all things skincare and makeup. She is dedicated to mastering all esthetic methods and techniques to provide her clients with exceptional care and satisfaction. Her favorite part of the profession is delivering her best to help clients feel transformed and their happiest selves. For Illiana, being a professional esthetician is more than a job, it's a lifelong passion based on the belief that "healthy skin is not an overnight process, a lifetime commitment." Outside the spa, Illiana loves practicing with cosmetics, and enjoying the outdoors.

Hairstylist
With 27 years of experience, Jill is driven by a passion for helping others look and feel their best, tailoring each haircut, style, and color to match her clients' visions. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, she ensures that every visit leaves her clients feeling radiant and confident. Jill's love for hairstyling grew as she recognized the significant impact she can have on people’s comfort and self-confidence. Outside of her work, Jill enjoys the soothing sounds of the beach and cherishes spent with her kids.
Kasha Nutting
Front Desk Administrator
Kasha loves getting to know each guest, making genuine connections and creating a positive and comfortable environment where everyone feels seen and heard. Her favorite part of her day is knowing that she can help make someone's day brighter and have them leave feeling refreshed and happy. Outside of work, Kasha enjoys going for nature walks and cooking with her friends and family.
